When we say ‘you’ in these Affiliate Program Terms we are referring to you, the affiliate. All other words defined in the Bonusbank Terms of Service have the same meaning here. If there’s any inconsistency between these terms and the Terms of Service, these Affiliate Program terms prevail.
•All paying members automatically receive affiliate status. Non-paying individuals may apply for an affiliate membership separately. Without either a paid membership or an approved affiliate membership, you will not be eligible to earn commissions.
•Affiliate membership for non-paying applicants is granted at the sole discretion of management and requires evidence that you have a suitable audience to effectively promote Bonusbank products.

•Refer new users to Bonusbank and you’ll receive a percentage of any future payment that they make to us.
•All affiliates are assigned an affiliate link generated from your username. Find it in your affiliate dashboard by clicking “Refer a Friend” in the top navigation. You can send it to friends, family, or post it on your blog or website.
•All affiliates fall into one of the following tiers: Tier 1 — Standard tier for normal affiliates; Tier 2 — Premium tier for affiliates who meet the following criteria: 25+ referrals, $2,500 in lifetime sales, $500 in previous month sales.

•Discount code exception: If a member uses a discount code when creating their subscription, commission on any discounted transactions will be at half the normal rate. For example, if a member signs up using a ‘25% off your first month’ code issued by a Tier 2 affiliate, the commission rate for that first month will be 16.5%. Commission on the 2nd month reverts to 33%.
•Removal of affiliate status: Members are automatically granted affiliate status if they have a paid subscription; this status will also be removed when the membership expires. If you would like to continue as an affiliate you will need to apply for an affiliate membership, otherwise your commission rate will be set to 0%.
Tracking Details
•We use cookies to track people who have clicked on your link — users need to have cookies enabled for us to track them.
•If a person doesn’t allow cookies or clears their cookies then we can’t track them and can’t pay earnings on that person’s activity.
•If a person clicks your referral link and then later clicks someone else’s, yours is the one that counts. However, if they then use a discount code linked to another affiliate, the discount code takes priority.
•Cookie window is 60 days. If the person signs up and makes a purchase within that time, we will pay your affiliate earnings. After 60 days, no earnings apply.
•You can view how your affiliate link is performing in the Affiliates section of your dashboard.
•If a user has visited Bonusbank before or has an existing account and then clicks a referral link, it doesn’t count.
•Use of the Affiliate Program is subject to a fair use policy which gives Bonusbank the right to review each and every referral.
Earnings Payment
•We will pay your Affiliate Program earnings in line with the payment rates outlined above. You authorise us to collect payments for your referrals, credit your Stats page with your earnings, and distribute your earnings to you.
•Only your earnings from referrals will be payable to you.
•Affiliates can request a payment at any time via the affiliate dashboard. Payments can be made as cash or subscription discounts. We will endeavour to process requests within 48 hours. The minimum threshold is $50, but smaller payments may be made in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of management.
•If you choose to receive a subscription discount instead of cash we will add an additional 10% bonus to your commission amount.
Your Responsibilities
•You must ensure that your payment details are correct and up to date.
•For a cash payment you must sign and return the ATO Statement by a Supplier form, or provide us with an invoice and ABN. This is not required for subscription discounts, but no cash payment will be made until this is done.
•You must bear all expenses incurred by us in paying monies to you.
•You are responsible for any tax that may be owed on your earnings through the Affiliate Program.
Payment Errors & Holds
•We will continue to hold your earnings if we’re not able to pay for any reason, including: incorrect payment details, missing tax form or invoice, or where payment to the requested institution is prohibited at law or limited by banking systems.
•Payments are made in Australian dollars. Any currency conversion costs are your responsibility and handled by your financial institution (we don’t control conversion rates or their fees).
•If a transaction directly related to your affiliate earnings is subject to a refund or chargeback, we may at our discretion withhold that portion of your earnings.
You may not refer users by any of the following methods:
•Confusing users about whether your site is operated or endorsed by Bonusbank (for example, by copying design elements from our site).
•Any use of Bonusbank trademarks or intellectual property, other than banners and logos that Bonusbank makes available for affiliates.
•Purchasing a domain name, search engine keyword, or pay-per-click advertisement that includes the term ‘Bonusbank’ or any variation or misspelling.
•Copying any Bonusbank content (unless you get consent from us).
•Sending unsolicited email or other messaging that in any way may constitute spam.
•Knowingly promoting Bonusbank to people under the age of 18.
•Doing anything that would amount to a breach of any laws including, but not limited to, privacy, intellectual property and spam.
•Doing anything that might be confusing, misleading or deceptive to users (e.g. referring from a site that might be confusing to users about whether it is a Bonusbank site).
•Doing anything that is directly or indirectly in contravention of these Affiliate Program terms, the Bonusbank Terms of Service, or any direction given to you by us.
•Engaging in any conduct that does not meet our standards of ‘fair play’ at our discretion, including things like fraud, confusing the new user, or providing a link designed to mislead the customer.
⚠️ Unless agreed in writing, you may not promote any other matched betting websites in Australia. Affiliates found to be in breach of this term will forfeit any future earnings from Bonusbank.
•We reserve the right to decide whether or not your use of the Affiliate Program complies with any applicable laws and/or these Affiliate Program terms or the general Bonusbank Terms of Service. If we decide that your participation does not comply, we can based on our reasonable discretion withhold your earnings and may disable your account.
•We will make the final decision about whether or not your use of the Affiliate Program is in breach of any applicable laws or these Affiliate Program Terms (acting reasonably, of course).
