Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the http://www.bonusbank.com.au website (the “Service”) operated by bonusbank (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Account

In order to access our service you must have an account (free or paid). All account details must be accurate and up-to-date at all times.

Your account password should be unique to you and should be protected at all times, it should never be disclosed to a third-party. If you are aware of any unauthorized use of your account you must notify us immediately.

If we suspect that any user is sharing their log-in details with a third-party we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to terminate their account without notice or refund.

Payments and Refunds

Payments for all Premium accounts are billed in advance and automatically renew on a monthly or annual basis as specified in your plan.

If you wish to cancel you can do so at anytime, however, no refunds will be given for partially unused months.

If you have set up a recurring payment through PayPal or any other method it is your responsibility to cancel that payment.

If you have paid for an annual or 6-month subscription, we offer a one-month cooling off period. If you choose to cancel during that month, we will refund your payment, minus the cost of one month at the Premium Monthly rate. After the first month, no refunds will be given.

Forums and Chatroom

Bonusbank is a community and, as such, members may seek or offer advice in our forums or chatroom. Advice given in this way does not constitute official bonusbank advice and bonusbank cannot be held liable for any loss that may occur as a result of following this advice.

Any member found to be acting in an insulting, derogatory or offensive way in the forums or chatroom may lose posting privileges or have their membership terminated at managements discretion.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Links To Other Web Sites

Our Service may contain links to third­-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by bonusbank. Bonusbank has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services.

You further acknowledge and agree that bonusbank shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Disclaimer

Our service educates users on how to profit from bookmaker offers and bonuses, however the decision to place any individual bet lies solely with the user. Bonusbank cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred for any reason including, but not limited to, user error, bonusbank error, bookmakers refusal to pay.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
